The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and had a great location. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff were kind and helpful. the balcony provided a fine view. Despite minor issues with towels and the lack of pick-up service, my overall experience was really good. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, quiet room, helpful and friendly staff at reception. Useful tips to remember door code. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Good way to relax tired muscles with sauna. Splurge on fine dining restaurant nearby. Comfortable rooms, lovely staff, perfect location. Would definitely return. Spacious and clean rooms, good location near restaurants and ski lifts. Decent breakfast in well-lit room. Nice spa with sauna and jacuzzi. Accessible ski room. Worth every penny. Amazing beds and shower, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. Walking distance from station. Highly recommended. Bonus jacuzzi and sauna.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to a beautiful church, providing a charming ambiance. It is also close to everything, including the bus stop to the ski areas and the bus station. The rooms are comfortable, with balconies offering stunning views of the Matterhorn. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful receptionists like Sophia. The breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
It would have been perfect if there were more chairs on the deck for guests to relax on.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Zermatt. The rooms were beautifully decorated and offered stunning views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
